Super 21
RTG Super 21 Game

Super 21 is a high-flying variety of blackjack with special payouts that are anything but mild-mannered. Super 21 offers payouts on multicard 21's, five-card 21's, six-card 21's, and on the game's signature hand, a Diamond Blackjack.

If you have nerves of steel, keeping hitting and win instantly with a six-card hand. You can double down once on your original hand, surrender at any time, and in some situations you can even split your hand. The dealer hits on soft 17 and player blackjacks always win!

Super 21 has special payouts for a Diamond Blackjack, a five-card 21, a 6-card 21, and a 6-card hand of 20 points or less. A "Diamond Blackjack" is a hand of two diamond cards that totals 21 points.

Point Values

Cards 2 through 10 = face value

Face Cards = 10 points

Aces = 1 point or 11 points, whichever makes a better hand

Example: 6 + Ace = 7 points or 17 points

Splitting - You can split any two cards of equal value. When you split, you must place an additional bet that is equal to your original bet on the new hand. You can continue to hit for each hand, unless the split was made for a pair of Aces, in which case you can only hit once for each hand. You can play up to three hands at once.

Surrendering - You can surrender at any time and receive half of your current bet. You may surrender for each hand after a split.

To Win (meet one)

  • Your hand is closer to 21 points than the dealer's hand and does not exceed 21 points.
  • The dealer's hand exceeds 21 points while your hand does not exceed 21 points.

How the Dealer Plays

  • Dealer Hits on any hard total of 16 or less
  • Dealer Stands on any hard total of 17 or more
  • Dealer Hits on any soft total of 17 or less
  • Dealer Stands on any soft total of 18 or more

Insurance

Insurance is an additional bet that the dealer has Blackjack. You can purchase insurance when the dealer's face-up card is an Ace. Insurance cost half the amount of your original bet and pays 2:1 if the dealer has Blackjack. If the dealer does not have Blackjack , the insurance is collected by the house.
